i-VAC Certification Ltd was established in 2002 with an objective to offer certification / assessment and training services to satisfy customer needs and expectations. i-VAC is committed to deliver a genuinely value-added service and to support customers’ quest for continual improvement and business excellence. In short, i-VAC services compose of three main areas,

i-VAC has been accredited by the Hong Kong Accreditation Service (HKAS) as a Third Party Management System Certification Body and approved by the International Register of Certificated Auditors (IRCA) as a Training Organization.

1. Third Party Management System Certification Service (Accreditation HKCAS007)
i-VAC third party management system certification service has been accredited by the Hong Kong Accreditation Service to a wide range of industrial sectors. Our ISO 9001 certificates are recognized and accepted by the Hong Kong SAR Government Works Departments for tendering purpose. Our certification service features,

  • Improvement: Recognizing each customer is different, i-VAC supports customers in their continual improvement effort by providing value-added comments based on business risk and opportunities. A typical example is to reduce the amount of documents and records required to maintain the management system.
  • Accurate Standard Interpretation: This is to ensure that auditors will not be requiring customers to create anything more than the requirements of the standard.
  • User Friendly Service: i-VAC offers personal attention to address customer needs and welcomes questions from customers or appointed consultants on issues of interpretation and implementation. This is to avoid surprise during Certification Audit. Our service quality objectives are summarized in our Performance Pledge.
  • Value For Money: Reduce the direct cost of certification by offering cost effective quotations

2. Training Service (IRCA www.irca.org Training Organization Approval A017253)
i-VAC courses emphasize on the understanding of fundamental principles and an accurate understanding of the requirements of the Standards. Using presentations to transfer knowledge and activity based learning techniques to transfer skills, delegates shall make a difference to support the development and continual improvement of their management system back in the office. It shall bring long term benefits to the organization.
The 5 day IRCA Approved ISO 9000 Series Lead Auditor Training Course has been certified by IRCA under IATCA/IRCA17258.

3. Business Improvement Support Service
This service area primarily addresses needs of organizations who are looking for improvements, and those who are interested to complete in quality related Awards. Our services include,
