General (Public Course Schedule)
To support the i-VAC Mission of promoting system effectiveness and supporting customers to continually improve system and business performance, i-VAC has developed a series of proprietary training courses that range from basic principles to advanced auditing techniques. It offers different levels of staff the opportunity to acquire the necessary knowledge and skills to develop, implement, maintain and improve an effective management system.

Apart from stimulating thinking, questions and debate, i-VAC training courses focus on the acquisition of fundamental principles and accurate understanding of the standard requirements. Ultimately students are loaded with ideas to support the development and continual improvement of a management system.

Based on IRCA requirements, i-VAC has introduced the most advanced Accelerated Learning Techniques to all of its training courses. The benefits of these techniques are obvious and scientifically proven. With multiple input channels and a stimulating environment, students learn through their natural ability. Using participative activities, learning becomes quick, easy and enjoyable.

IRCA Approved Auditor Courses
These courses are developed and delivered in accordance with various IRCA requirements. The following are approved by IRCA,

5 day ISO 9001 QMS Lead Auditor Course (A17258)
5 day ISO 22000 FSMS Lead Auditor Course (A17307)
3 day ISO 14001 EMS Auditor Conversion Course (A17315)
3 day OHSAS 18001 OHSMS Auditor Conversion Course (A17393)

Accurate Understanding Courses
Generally this is a 30 hour intensive training course that focus on a certain discipline (eg ISO 9001:2008 QMS). This course covers the basic concept of each discipline and the role of the respective management system standard in supporting organization’s risk management. In addition, the course also focus on the accurate understanding of the standards, viz what is required/not required? Experience has demonstrated many organizations over-engineered their documentation system owing to a lack of accurate understanding of the requirements of the respective standards.

The contents of this training is in line with the ISTO (www.isto.ch) Test of Understanding examination Body of Knowledge. Students will find it helpful in their preparation of the examination.
